The Black Educators Empowerment Services organization was founded on the premise that those of us who make all other professions possible deserve to be acknowledged, supported, and celebrated. And it is for that reason that I joined this organization.
With 32 years of teaching experience, I embrace the opportunity to support those new to the profession, collaborate with educators across districts, and share my wealth of knowledge.
My spiritual gifts are service and encouragement, and within the organization, I embrace the opportunity to encourage and serve my fellow educators, as well as serve the community. It is very rewarding to not only tell educators but also 'show' educators how much they are valued.
